Both our in-house NEBOSH qualified personnel and external Health & Safety advisers keep up to date with the latest HSE guidance. Our CHAS, Constructionline & BM Trada accreditations demonstrate to our clients that we meet the strictest standards for Health & Safety.
In addition, our staff hold industry recognised qualifications as part of our commitment to maintaining a highly skilled workforce. In 2024 we started the SL2 Apprenticeship Scheme with support from the CITB & Doncaster College.

Supporting our community is a key part of who we are. When Retford FC approached us for help with their new clubhouse and hospitality suite, we were proud to get involved and lend our expertise to the project.
We’re also committed to sustainability across every site we work on. Recycling and waste reduction are central to our processes, and we always look for ways to recommend materials and methods that have a lower environmental impact.
Identifying and developing future talent is vital to our continued growth. That’s why we’ve partnered with CITB, Doncaster College, and Total Training to launch apprenticeships in finance, administration, and purchasing. Our first group of apprentices is already making great progress, and we’re dedicated to expanding opportunities across all areas of the business.
