We co-ordinated the entire site with our client, ensuring access, deliveries and distribution needs were carefully considered on this tight plot with little storage space, alongside our drylining, joinery and kitchen installations.

In total, 20 units were created over three floors, with each apartment having its own unique features and complexities due the nature of the existing structure.

Working in and around the public mean the planning works had to ensure that any external works undertaken were done so to limit disturbance for nearby homes.
